Track record

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid ad engine beside it. This is the same playbook, pointed at wellness and skincare, with Superwhisk and Pure Matcha as the first products on camera. I have not run this category, so the claims sheet and the category rules come before the first brief.

Why now

  • 745

    Reviews on the Matcha Kit

Superwhisk + Matcha Kit shows 4.8 stars across 745 reviews. Creators start from a product buyers already score, so a video can show it instead of explaining it.

    Published
  • 405

    Reviews on the Turmeric Kit

Superwhisk + Original Turmeric Kit shows 4.7 stars across 405 reviews. A second kit with proof gives the roster two products to test against each other.

    Published
  • $5

    A referral offer already exists

Golde gives $5 off a friend's first order and $5 for each successful referral. A creator code could sit next to it, so a video has a reason to say it.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One variable per test

Each batch of Golde videos changes one thing: hook, product or setting. Seven videos per creator per week gives 303 a month at ten creators, enough to read a result.

  2. Losers killed early

A format that stalls after its first batch is dropped. The target is $1 per 1,000 views and the model starts at $5.74, so most ideas have to die fast.

  3. Claims sheet before briefs

Creators say only what Golde already says, like the Uji matcha line. A video that breaks the sheet earns no bonus and comes down.

  4. One workspace, five channels

Briefs, claim questions, drafts, wins and the Monday report each get a channel. Drafts come back fast, nobody chases anyone, and the lead sees everything.

Part 4 of 15, continued

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. MayaMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief is the Superwhisk froth test. One hook, one take, kitchen light. Three versions each, posted by Thursday.

  2. JordanMon 10:00 AM

Can I say the Pure Matcha is shade-grown? Not sure that's approved for the pouch.

Yes. Use the sheet line: made with 100% pure, shade-grown green tea leaves from Uji, Japan. Nothing past it.

  3. Report botAppMon 6:00 AM

Weekly report is ready: views and cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, top video by format, and the hook we kill this week.

  4. MayaWed 2:00 PM

Draft back on the Kyoto Hojicha video. You say it lifts your mood. Swap that for the sheet wording: tastes like a box of chocolates. Re-record the opening only.

  5. Win botAppFri 4:00 PM

Priya's Superwhisk froth clip passed 100,000 views, all organic. Flat $50 bonus logged; one per creator per month.

  6. MayaFri 6:00 PM

Check on the Superwhisk + Matcha Kit video: any price on screen must match the site, $80, not the struck-through $84.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Froth test

    Brief 01

    Froth test

“watch as the foam doubles in size!”

One take over the cup: add milk, froth with the Superwhisk, show the foam grow. Natural light, no cuts, no voice-over.

  2. Kit unboxing

    Brief 02

    Kit unboxing

“Everything you need to get started for less than $1.50 per latte”

Open the Superwhisk + Matcha Kit on the counter, name each piece, make one latte. Say the price as the site shows it.

  3. Hojicha taste test

    Brief 03

    Hojicha taste test

“The toasted green tea that tastes like a box of chocolates”

First sip on camera, reaction only, mug close to the lens. Mention the winter release only if Golde confirms it is still on.

  4. Cookbook recipe

    Brief 04

    Cookbook recipe

“Soft Dashi Scrambled Eggs over Rice”

Cook one recipe from Eating at Home start to plate, hands and pan only, shot from above. Name the dish on screen.

  5. Bake from the book

    Brief 05

    Bake from the book

“Olive Oil and Matcha Day Cake”

Bake any cake from the cookbook and show it sliced, then whisk Pure Matcha beside it. One recipe, one drink, one close-up.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Café-style lattes at home, powered by feel good superfoods.”, “Made with 100% pure, shade-grown green tea leaves from Uji, Japan”, “All of our products are third-party lab tested, sustainably sourced, and 100% plant-based.”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Kit reviewers

Buyers of the Matcha Kit and the Turmeric Kit already care enough to write reviews. Ask them first, and only where they are public about it.

  • Home-cooking creators

Cooks who film simple dinners fit the Eating at Home Cookbook and recipes like dashi eggs, bitter greens and rosemary cornbread.

  • Café-at-home makers

Creators who film home lattes, matcha routines and milk-froth tricks. Superwhisk and the latte blends already belong in their shots.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on golde.co. The site does offer $5 for them, $5 for you, which a creator code could sit beside.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Kitchen on camera

Films at a real counter with real cups. No studio, no guru set.

  2. 2Taste first

Talks about flavor and ritual, never about what a product does to the body.

  3. 3Claims discipline

Passes a short check on the claims sheet before the first brief goes out.

  4. 4Steady output

Can post seven videos a week without the quality dropping.

  5. 5Audience fit

Audience cooks, drinks matcha or lattes, or buys small kitchen tools like a frother.

Part 7 of 15

Who

  • Matcha morning person

Starts the day with a whisked cup and films it in one take.

    Likely product: Pure Matcha

  • Frother hack sharer

Posts kitchen tricks; the milk foam clip is made for them.

    Likely product: Superwhisk

  • Weeknight home cook

Cooks simple food from scratch and shows the plate at the end.

Likely product: Eating at Home Cookbook

  • Tea-over-coffee swapper

Leads with flavor; a toasted green tea is an easy conversation.

    Likely product: Kyoto Hojicha

  • Latte-blend experimenter

Tries one blend per video and talks flavor, from golden to cacao.

Likely product: Cacao Turmeric Latte Blend

  • Thoughtful gift giver

Films a gift for a friend, forwarded straight from the inbox.

    Likely product: Digital Gift Card

Left off, every time

Always left out: creators who promise health results, medical professionals posing as endorsers, anyone who wants to compare Golde with named rivals, and anyone promoting another matcha brand the same month. No health outcomes, ever.

Part 8 of 15

Twenty first creators

  1. A home cook who films one-pan dinners at the counter
  2. A matcha-daily person whisking in the same mug each morning
  3. A coffee drinker curious about tea, shooting honest first sips
  4. A small-kitchen renter showing gadgets that earn counter space
  5. A baker who posts one slice and one close-up per recipe
  6. A parent who films quick breakfast and afternoon drinks
  7. A skincare-routine creator who shows texture and the mask on, nothing more
  8. A gift giver who films presents forwarded by email
  9. A plant-based home cook with a loyal, chatty audience
  10. A morning-routine creator whose first shot is the kettle
  11. A cookbook collector who reviews books page by page
  12. A tea nerd who compares whisking techniques, not brands
  13. A latte-art hobbyist who films froth in close-up
  14. A student cook on a budget who counts the cost per cup
  15. A dinner-party host who films a table setup
  16. A fitness-morning creator whose post-run cup is already in frame
  17. A plant-based baker who works with milk alternatives
  18. A home-café creator with a small, active comment section
  19. A tea-shop vlogger who brings home one favorite
  20. A creator who already tags Golde and answers every comment

Part 9 of 15

Claims

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “Café-style lattes at home, powered by feel good superfoods.”

Opening line of any latte or blend video

  • “Made with 100% pure, shade-grown green tea leaves from Uji, Japan”

Pure Matcha videos, pouch or tin on screen

  • “All of our products are third-party lab tested, sustainably sourced, and 100% plant-based.”

Any product video, spoken once, word for word

  • “Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan friendly and cruelty-free.”

    Answers to comments about ingredients

  • “Everything you need to get started for less than $1.50 per latte”

    Kit unboxing and Superwhisk videos

  • “With a subscription, product(s) is delivered on your schedule (every 4, 6 or 12 weeks) with 10% off and free shipping on each order.”

Videos that send viewers to a subscription

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • Turmeric calms inflammation

A health outcome; creators only repeat Golde's own words.

  • Collagen Boost fixes your skin

A health and skin outcome, and the product is only a pre-order on the site.

  • Shroom Shield keeps you from getting sick

A medical promise; nothing on the sheet supports it.

  • Clean Greens Face Mask clears breakouts

A skincare result; creators show application and texture only.

  • Better than any other matcha brand

A comparison no source backs; creators never name or rank rivals.

  • Doctor approved

An authority claim with no source; it also invites a regulatory problem.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Pure Matcha caffeine per serving

The site gives about 60mg in one place and about 72mg in others. Creators stay silent until Golde confirms one figure.

  • Free shipping threshold

The site shows $45+, $50+ and over $60. Creators say free shipping only with the amount Golde confirms.

  • The Internet's Favorite Frother

It is the site's own banner but a superlative; Golde should confirm creators may use it.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

For creators with a small audience and strong kitchen footage, so the first test costs little.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

For creators whose counter videos already land steadily; most of the roster should sit here.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

For the few whose Superwhisk or Pure Matcha clips travel far, with the highest fee and cap.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, however many videos pass the line.
  • The bonus is for a single video that passes 100,000 views, paid as $50 flat.
  • Only organic views count; paid boosts of the same video do not.
  • A video that breaks the claims sheet or the category rule earns no bonus and comes down.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

Read it as a test, not a forecast: ten creators give 1.8M views and $5.74 per 1,000 against the $1 target. It closes if 4.2% of videos go viral or the median hits 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

  1. Warm-up

    Sheet and facts first

Before any brief: Golde signs the claims sheet, confirms the caffeine and shipping figures, and the first creators are briefed on Superwhisk and Pure Matcha.

  2. Month 1

    Ramp to ten

Two creators go live a week until ten are live, each posting seven videos a week. One variable per test; weak hooks are dropped after the first batch.

  3. Month 2

    Move bands by results

Pay bands shift on results. The best Superwhisk and Pure Matcha clips are tested as paid ads. The target stays at $1 per 1,000 views.

  4. Month 3

    Settle the roster

The roster settles at ten. Real cost per 1,000 views is set against the $5.74 modeled and the $1 target; formats that miss are replaced.

  5. Day 90

    Review with Golde

We decide which formats and bands earn their cost, and whether to expand or cut. I would rather stop a losing program than stretch it.

  6. Monthly ceiling

    A hard top

All ten creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded, comes to $15,000 (Proposed). Going over needs Golde's written yes.

$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed

The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Exit to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Pick the winner

After a week, the video with the best views for what the creator is paid moves forward. The rest stay organic.

  2. Get the rights

Written permission from the creator before any boost, and the claims sheet is checked again.

  3. Boost as an ad

Same video, same hook, run as a paid ad with one variable changed at a time.

  4. Feed the hook library

Winning hooks go back to creators as the next brief. Losers are killed early.

From the video to the checkout

  • Send Superwhisk and Pure Matcha videos to the product page, not the home page.
  • Send kit videos to the Superwhisk + Matcha Kit page, where the price is $80 against a struck-through $84.
  • Send cookbook videos to the Eating at Home Cookbook page at $33.
  • Mention the first-order offer only as the site words it: sign up for 10% off your first order.
  • Name a free-shipping amount only after Golde confirms which of the three site figures is current.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Rules for wellness, superfood and skincare

Golde sells matcha, latte blends, a frother, a cookbook and a face mask. Creators follow six rules, whatever the pay band or the view count.

  • Taste, ritual, texture

Describe flavor, routine and texture. Never say what a product does to your body, mood or skin. A higher cap or a $50 bonus does not change that.

  • Golde's words only

Quality lines come from the claims sheet: Uji matcha, lab tested, plant-based. Nothing is paraphrased into a benefit.

  • Caffeine and shipping figures

Say a caffeine amount only after Golde confirms it; the site gives two for Pure Matcha. The same goes for the free-shipping threshold.

  • Skincare stays modest

For the Clean Greens Face Mask, show application and texture only. No before-and-after, no results, no skin-type promises.

  • Disclose the pay

Every video carries the platform's paid-partnership label and a clear first line in the caption saying it is a Golde partnership.

  • No comparisons, no medicine

No named rivals, no doctor voice, and no advice to stop a medication or replace a meal or a coffee with a Golde product.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
